A Decade of Serving Farmers: FarmYield Africa’s 10th Anniversary

Insights and perspectives from Access View Africa leadership.
For the past ten years, FarmYield Africa (FYA) has been at the forefront of agricultural transformation. From the deployment of our very first tractor to building a recognized, nationwide force in agricultural development, our journey has always been guided by a single mission: empowering smallholder farmers and strengthening rural communities across Ghana.
On August 29, 2026, we will gather in Wayzata, Minnesota, to celebrate this monumental milestone under the theme: "A Decade of Serving Farmers — Time to Scale."
Honoring the Journey, Accelerating the Future
2026 marks a critical inflection point. Over the last decade, FYA has successfully introduced modern mechanization, drastically improved crop yields, and elevated the livelihoods of thousands of farming families. However, this anniversary is not just a look back—it is the launchpad for our next decade of impact.
The evening will be a celebration of purpose, people, and progress. Attendees—including agribusiness leaders, policymakers, and our dedicated partners—will experience the heart of our mission through immersive storytelling, authentic Ghanaian cultural experiences, and direct testimonies from the farmers and field partners whose lives have been transformed by our work.
The Power of 10: Our Next Phase of Growth
As we look to the future, the demand for sustainable agriculture and food security in Africa has never been more urgent. During the summit, we will unveil the next phase of FYA’s strategy for pan-African farmer empowerment.
To fuel this expansion, we are launching "The Power of 10" initiative, designed to mobilize resources to:
- Sponsor 10 new farmers.
- Fund 10 acres dedicated to youth block farming.
- Support 10 new agricultural communities.
Join the Movement
We invite visionary investors, donors, and partners to join us for this exclusive evening of connection and vision-casting. Together, we will explore how strategic capital and community-driven agriculture intersect to build resilient economies.
The first decade proved what was possible. The next decade is our time to scale.
